We are looking for someone who has a passion for helping people solve problems and has a knack for customer support.
You are someone who:
  • Has prior experience in a customer centric role
  • Looks forward to the challenge of solving support issues at scale, and understands key metrics such as time to close, response rate, etc…
  • Is a clear communicator and team player
  • HUGE BONUS POINTS if you use the app.
What you’d be working on:
  • Solving user problems, working mainly in Intercom and Retool to do this.
  • Writing, updating, and optimizing official customer support documentation, and sending to users.
  • Engaging and answering questions with our user community via Reddit, Facebook Groups, and In-App
